If you obtain and use the products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., you will be deemed to have read this agreement in detail, agreed to its contents, and agreed to comply with its provisions. To protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following provisions before registering for and using the various services provided by the Company. Once you register, you agree and undertake to comply with all of the following provisions. Please also note that these provisions may be appropriately amended from time to time, so please review them regularly.
Kongyu Desktop Pet is a desktop pet application primarily used to display a pet character on a user's device desktop and provide basic interaction, settings, and companionship features. We will follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith and process only the information necessary to implement product features, maintain secure operation, and optimize user experience.
To ensure normal application operation, device compatibility, and troubleshooting, we may collect information such as device model, operating system version, application version, device identifiers, network status, crash logs, and operation logs.
To save your preferences, we may process information that you configure in the application, such as the pet character, display position, display status, interaction preferences, notification settings, and theme-resource usage records. This information is primarily used to display and restore desktop pet effects on your device.
If the product provides account login, feedback, customer service communication, or other features, you may provide us with a nickname, profile picture, contact details, feedback, screenshots of issues, or related descriptions. We will use this information for identity verification, issue resolution, service communications, and improving the product experience.
If you purchase a membership, theme, pet character, decorative resource, or another value-added service, we may process necessary information such as the order number, purchased item, payment status, transaction time, and results returned by the payment channel to complete the transaction, provide after-sales support, and reconcile accounts. Payments are generally processed by third-party payment institutions. We do not directly collect your full bank card details or payment-account password.
To enable desktop pet features, the product may request the following permissions based on the device system and feature requirements. Permission names may vary between system versions; the actual system prompts shall prevail.
You may manage these permissions in your device's system settings. Refusing or disabling certain permissions will not affect your use of other features that do not require them but may prevent desktop display, notifications, image selection, or network services from functioning properly.
Unless you actively provide it, or a relevant feature genuinely requires it and we separately obtain your authorization, we will not proactively collect sensitive personal information unrelated to the core desktop pet functions, such as your contacts, SMS messages, call history, precise location, facial recognition information, fingerprint information, identity-document information, or full bank card details.
To enable stable operation, data analytics, crash analysis, push notifications, payment settlement, advertising display, or other necessary features, we may integrate third-party SDKs or services. Depending on their functions, third-party services may process certain device, network, log, or order information. We will use reasonable efforts to assess the data-security capabilities of third-party services and require them to process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual arrangements.
The product will disclose basic information about integrated SDKs according to the registration information on China's National SDK Management Service Platform. The following SDK names, developer information, and links to SDK privacy policies reflect the integrations currently known to us. Please read them carefully.

If we integrate or adjust third-party SDKs in the future, we will disclose, as required by regulatory authorities, information such as the third-party information-sharing list, SDK names, purposes of use, types of information processed, and links to third-party privacy policies in the application or on the relevant page.
1. We will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
2. For necessary purposes such as implementing product features, completing payments, providing customer service, maintaining security, or fulfilling legal obligations, we may share relevant information with partners to the minimum extent necessary.
3. In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, business adjustment, or other transaction involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new information processor to continue to be bound by this Policy or obtain your authorization again.
4. We will publicly disclose your personal information only with your explicit consent, as required by laws and regulations, upon lawful request by a judicial or administrative authority, or where necessary to protect the public interest or the lawful rights and interests of users or us.
1. We will store your personal information within the People's Republic of China. If it is genuinely necessary to provide personal information outside China, we will complete the procedures required by applicable laws and regulations.
2. We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or separately authorized by you.
3. We will take reasonable and practicable security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.
4. The internet is not absolutely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you, as required by applicable laws and regulations, of the circumstances, possible impact, measures taken or to be taken, and precautions available to you.
Using the features provided by the product or your device's system settings, you may access, correct, or delete certain personal information, manage system permissions, disable notifications, clear the cache, log out, or cancel your account. If the application does not currently provide the relevant option, you may contact us using the contact details stated in this Policy. After verifying your identity, we will process your request within the period required by laws and regulations. In particular, the processing time for requests to cancel an account and related services will not exceed 15 business days.
If you are a minor, you shall use the product only with the consent and guidance of your guardian. We do not proactively collect from minors personal information unrelated to desktop pet functionality. If a guardian discovers that a minor has provided us with personal information without consent, the guardian may contact us using the contact details stated in this Policy, and we will handle the matter in accordance with law.
We may update this Privacy Policy in response to laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, or changes to product features. The updated Policy will be published in the application or on the relevant page. If an update involves material changes to the purpose, method, or scope of personal information processing, we will notify you through reasonable means and, where necessary, obtain your consent again.
We attach great importance to user privacy and personal information protection. The following provisions apply to account cancellation and advertising attribution and conversion analytics for Kongyu Desktop Pet.
Account and Service Cancellation: You may submit a request to cancel your account and related services through the account-cancellation page in the app or through the contact details published under “Contact Us” in this Policy. We must manually verify account ownership and whether the cancellation conditions have been met. We will complete verification and processing from the date on which we receive your cancellation request, and the processing time will not exceed 15 business days. After cancellation is completed, we will cease providing relevant services to the account and delete or anonymize the related personal information in accordance with law, except where retention is otherwise required by laws and regulations.
To ensure normal operation of the Service and perform advertising attribution and conversion analytics, we may collect the following information:
Special Notice: After you consent to this Privacy Policy, the Ocean Engine Conversion SDK integrated into the product may read and process your OAID and Android ID. The purposes are advertising-effect monitoring, advertising attribution, conversion analytics, and advertising-effect optimization. The SDK processes this information by reading device identifiers and conversion-event information locally on your device and transmitting it over an encrypted network to the third party's servers for analytics. The scope is limited to conversion scenarios such as activation, registration, and payment after a user downloads or opens the application through an advertisement, and necessary device-environment information. The information will not be used for purposes unrelated to the foregoing.
We collect and process relevant data only for the following purposes:
For advertising-effect monitoring, advertising attribution, conversion analytics, and advertising-effect optimization, we have integrated the Ocean Engine Conversion SDK provided by Beijing Ocean Engine Network Technology Co., Ltd. After you consent to this Privacy Policy, the SDK may collect and process your Android ID, OAID, device brand, device model, operating system version, network status, IP address, application package name, application version, application distribution channel, and conversion-event information such as activation, registration, and payment.
We initialize the SDK only after you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to this Privacy Policy, we will not initialize the SDK or collect the foregoing information through it. The information will be used for advertising conversion attribution and the analysis and optimization of advertising performance, and not for unrelated purposes. (1) The specific content of online services is provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. based on actual circumstances, including diary recording, journal creation, sharing, and interaction. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all online services at any time.
(2) Fees may be charged to users for certain online services. In such cases, clear notice will be provided on the relevant page. If you do not agree to pay such fees, you may choose not to use the relevant online services.
(3) You are responsible for the equipment associated with the online services, such as computers, modems, and other internet-access devices, and for the required costs, such as telephone and internet-access charges, in addition to the online services provided.
(4) You shall use genuine software to access the online services.
1. Provision of Personal Registration Information

(2) Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable if the personal registration information you provide is inconsistent with the facts, is not promptly updated after a change, or is otherwise misleading, and Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. is consequently unable to provide or continue providing products and services to you.
2. Modification of Registration Information
You may update or modify the information submitted when registering at any time through membership services provided on the official website of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. or through other channels announced by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information
To provide products and services to you, you authorize Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. to disclose your registration information to third parties in a manner that Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. considers appropriate. However, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not publicly disclose personal information such as your name, residential address, mailing address, email address, account, or password unless:

Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for the loss of your account or disclosure of your personal information where such loss or disclosure is not caused by the negligence of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd.
This section refers to the account and password that you successfully register. Please understand that the account cannot be changed after registration, while the password may be changed through services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all actions performed using them. Do not transfer or lend your account or password to another person. Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable if another person unlawfully uses your account or password due to your failure to safeguard them or any other personal act, or for any resulting consequences.
1. You may use the products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with this agreement and other rules updated and published by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. from time to time.
2. While using the products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., you have the right to monitor whether Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. and its personnel provide products and services in accordance with the standards published by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. You may also submit comments and suggestions concerning the products and services of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. at any time.
3. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, object to terms subsequently updated by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., or are dissatisfied with the products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., you may stop using those products and services. If you choose to stop using the products and services, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will no longer owe you any obligation or liability.
1. You agree to access and use the products and services of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with this agreement and other rules issued, changed, or amended by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. from time to time. You shall not use the products or services, or participate in activities of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., through improper or otherwise unfair means.
2. You shall not interfere with the normal provision of products and services by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to:
(1) Attacking or intruding into website servers of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., or overloading those servers;
(2) Cracking or modifying software programs provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd.;
(3) Attacking or intruding into software servers or server-side software programs of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., or overloading those servers;
(4) Creating, using, publishing, or disseminating any auxiliary tool or program, including cheats, that interferes with software fairness;
(5) Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors (bugs) to disrupt normal software operation, or disseminating such vulnerabilities or errors; or
(6) Unreasonably interfering with or obstructing another person's use of the products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd.
3. You must properly safeguard your account and password and will bear all consequences arising from their disclosure due to reasons attributable to you.
4. You may use the products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. only in your individual personal capacity. You may not use them for commercial activities, sales, or other commercial purposes.
5. You are responsible for all activities and events under your account. You shall comply with applicable laws and regulations on internet information publication and generally accepted standards of online ethics and etiquette, and you are solely responsible for the content that you publish. In particular, you shall not publish content that:
(1) Opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
(3) Damages national honor or interests;
(4) Incites ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines ethnic unity;
(5) Undermines national religious policies or promotes cults or feudal superstition;
(6) Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
(7) Disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism, or incitement to commit crimes;
(8) Insults or defames others or infringes their lawful rights and interests;
(9) Contains other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations;
(10) Infringes the intellectual property rights, copyright, or public or private rights of any third party; or
(11) Violates human ethics, morality, customs, or conventions.
6. Your software account, software character, and forum nickname associated with the products of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. shall not contain any content prohibited by Paragraph 5 of this Section 5.
7. Content uploaded to the platform must be your original work or content for which you have obtained lawful copyright authorization. Uploading content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. When using the Kongyu Desktop Pet platform services, you must agree to and accept this provision and will bear the corresponding legal liability for any violation.
1. Protecting your privacy, particularly that of minors, is a fundamental policy. If a parent or guardian wishes a minor, especially a child under ten years of age, to use the Service, registration must be completed in the name of the parent or guardian. When accepting the Service, the legal guardian shall determine whether it is appropriate for the minor. Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. undertakes not to publicly disclose or provide to third parties user registration information or non-public content stored while you use online services, except:
(1) With your prior explicit authorization;
(2) As required by applicable laws and regulations;
(3) As required by the relevant competent government authorities;
(4) To protect the public interest; or
(5) To protect lawful rights and interests.
2. Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may cooperate with third parties to provide relevant online services to you. In such cases, if the third party agrees to assume equivalent responsibility for protecting your privacy, your registration information and other data may be provided to that third party.
3. Provided that no individual user's private information is disclosed, the entire user database may be technically analyzed, and the analyzed and organized database may be used commercially. Although substantial efforts are made to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that existing security measures will prevent your technical information or other data from suffering every possible form of loss.
1. The account service provider does not warrant that:
(1) The Service will meet your requirements; or
(2) The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free.
2. You expressly agree that you bear all risks associated with using the online services and all consequences arising from such use. We bear no liability to you in respect thereof.
1. If online services must be suspended for system maintenance or upgrades, prior notice will be given whenever practicable.
2. The online services under this agreement may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice if:
(a) The personal information you provide is false; or
(b) You violate the rules of use set out in this agreement.
3. In addition to the circumstances described in the preceding paragraph, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate some or all online services at any time without prior notice and will not be liable to you or any third party for losses caused by the suspension or termination of any service.
4. If you do not use your account during the first month after registration or for six consecutive months, including using it to log in to the software or website or to make a top-up, the system will not retain the account.
5. For operational needs, the platform has the right to discontinue certain software and transfer you to other software. Users may choose any software offered by the platform, and advance notice will be provided whenever practicable.
Virtual items in the software include, without limitation, diamonds, coins, stickers, templates, and decorative materials, all of which are owned by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. You have only a right to use virtual items in accordance with applicable law and the software rules. Once you purchase the right to use a virtual item, the consumption process is deemed to have begun automatically, and you may not request a return of the virtual item under any pretext.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. opposes offline transactions conducted by players. Virtual items in the software, such as software currency, props, and equipment, may not be traded offline. If any issue arises from a player's independent offline transaction, the platform will not process it, and the player will be solely responsible.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may cancel a character created by you and delete all records for that character in the following circumstances:
1. The registered software character has not met certain software requirements and has not been used to log in to the software of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. for a continuous period while the available software points or software time in the associated software partition is zero.
2. A character that you deleted has not been restored within a specified period after deletion.
3. For the specific conditions governing character cancellation in different products provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., please refer to the specific rules for each product or the rules published on the relevant official website for the products and services.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may interrupt, discontinue, or change the services it provides in any of the following circumstances and will not be liable for any resulting difficulty, inconvenience, or loss:
1. Services are suspended for periodic inspections, construction, software updates, or hardware updates; Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will complete repairs and maintenance as soon as practicable.
2. A server is damaged in any manner and cannot operate normally.
3. Network lines or other circumstances obstruct a player's connection to the servers of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. through the internet.
4. Force majeure, including natural disasters.
5. An emergency requires action to protect national security or the personal safety of other members or third parties.
6. A sudden failure occurs in software, hardware, or electronic communications equipment.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will endeavor to continuously provide products and services to you, but does not exclude the possibility that it may discontinue those products and services or change the method by which the software is delivered. If Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. discontinues or changes the provision of products and services, it will notify you in advance and endeavor to identify an appropriate service provider or method to continue providing the products and services in place of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. In such circumstances, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may transfer your personal information, including relevant account, password, and profile information, to the party that continues providing the services, or may permanently archive the original information as necessary to implement a new software delivery method. You agree that Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to make such transfers and changes and that, after completing them, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will no longer have any obligation or liability with respect to your original information. However, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. does not guarantee that it will be able to identify an appropriate replacement service provider or service method, or that the products and services provided by the replacement provider or the changed software delivery method will meet your requirements.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to determine the fee standards and charging methods for the products and services it provides. It may establish different fee standards and charging methods for different products and services, or determine different fee standards and charging methods for different stages of the products and services. Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may also amend its fees policy from time to time. Information about charges for products and services, including fee standards, charging methods, purchase methods, and other fees-policy information, will be placed in a prominent location on the relevant product and service webpage.
For paid products and services of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., you shall purchase the products and services in accordance with the fees policy determined by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. If you do not do so, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may immediately stop providing the products and services to you.
To add to and enrich the software content, all functions within the software may be updated, adjusted, or changed from time to time while the software is operating. After an update, all operations, content, and settings within the software will be subject to the announcements and settings in the software.
With respect to the products and services of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. provides only the limited warranty stated below, which replaces any other express or implied warranty, if any, contained in any document, packaging, or other materials.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. provides the relevant products, software, programs, and any supporting services solely on an “as is, with all faults” basis and warrants only that:
(1) The products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will substantially conform to the requirements officially published by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd.;
(2) The relevant products and services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will substantially conform to the service commitments officially published by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd.; and
(3) Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will endeavor to resolve issues encountered while providing products and services only to a commercially reasonable extent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty or liability regarding merchantability, fitness, reliability, accuracy, completeness, freedom from viruses, or absence of errors.
In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. does not warrant that its products and services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted and makes no warranty regarding their timeliness, security, occurrence of errors, or the accurate, timely, or smooth transmission of information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from your use of its products and services or otherwise relating to them.
1. Data Transfer: If the Company's software servers are consolidated, the Company may transfer your character files to another Company software server.
2. Rules for Account Service Users:
(1) Comply with national laws and regulations;
(2) Do not modify or decrypt software programs or engage in any conduct affecting software programs or software-network data-transmission packets;
(3) Do not use any method to maliciously intrude into or attack servers or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of online services;
(4) Do not exploit software bugs or use third-party cheat programs to earn money, duplicate equipment, rapidly accumulate experience points, or otherwise undermine software fairness or increase server load;
(5) Do not publicly or privately disseminate any existing exploitable software bug. Please report such issues to Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. immediately upon discovery;
(6) Do not use character names containing personal attacks, obscenity, insults, reactionary content, or other material that harms the image of the software, deliberately resembles a GM character name and disrupts normal service order, or harms national interests or social morality;
(7) Do not maliciously flood public channels or otherwise disrupt normal software order;
(8) For any violation of the foregoing provisions, the platform may, depending on the severity, impose measures including a warning, forced logout, confinement, renaming, character deletion, or account suspension. Where the circumstances are particularly serious, legal liability will also be pursued. The service user responsible for the violation shall bear losses and other consequences arising from it.
3. Virtual Items:
(1) Service users are advised not to engage in transactions not authenticated by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. involving real currency, prepaid cards, or other items in exchange for accounts, virtual currency, or virtual items. Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for resulting disputes or consequences.

Notice: Users are solely responsible for all results of errors caused by their own actions, and no form of compensation will be provided by the official operator.

If Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. determines that you have violated this agreement or any law, it may, without prior notice, immediately suspend, terminate, or delete your account and all related information, files, and records in the account, and cancel, discontinue, or restrict your membership. In the event of a system failure, bug, program error, or similar issue, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may restore software data to a particular date to preserve balance within the software. You may not request compensation or damages as a result.
To provide products and services to you, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. may need to perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on relevant website servers, software servers, or official websites associated with the products and services. Such maintenance may interrupt the Service, potentially without prior notice, and Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for the resulting interruption.

Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will likewise not be liable for the cessation or interruption of its products and services caused by another person's intrusion into the network or software systems of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. or the tampering, deletion, fabrication, or alteration of website or software information or data.

If any provision of this agreement is invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
In view of the changing circumstances of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., users, and the market, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend, add, or delete provisions of this agreement at any time. When doing so, Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will announce the fact of the amendment, addition, or deletion on the home page of the official website without separately notifying you. If you do not agree with the amended, added, or deleted content, you may stop using the services provided by Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. If you continue to use the services of Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd., you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted all amended, added, or deleted content and may not request any compensation or damages as a result.
Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the final right to interpret the terms of this agreement, its products and services, and the relevant official websites for the products and services it provides. Hebei Heiya Technology Co., Ltd. will provide functions for correcting or deleting personal information and canceling your account in accordance with law and will promptly respond to your corresponding actions. Requests to cancel an account and related services require manual verification and processing. We will complete the verification and processing within 15 business days after receiving the request.
